Residential Complex

Home can be right next door.

The Residential Complex is the ultimate in convenient living space. To travel from home to class and back again, ICO students need only take a few steps. It’s close, safe, and eliminates the urban commute- an ideal setup for young professionals.

The RC offers up to 200 students a friendly atmosphere and easy access to all of ICO’s amenities. You can study hard with colleagues in multiple lounges, meeting rooms, or the computer lab. When it’s time for a break, feel free to fire up the grill or simply lounge on the patio or sun deck.

Of course, RC students don’t spend all of their time on Indiana Avenue. There are dozens of organized outings to enjoy: professional sporting events, Second City, Broadway in Chicago, and more.

Additional facilities include laundry in-building, a 24/7 security staff, wi-fi, and optional meal plans. …but we couldn’t possibly capture every aspect of RC living on one page! If you think the RC might be right for you, please explore our rooming options below.

SUITES

The first three floors of the RC contain suites, with three students living in each. Every suite has a single bedroom, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom. Each resident receives their own extra-long twin bed with under-bed storage, bedside lamp, study desk with built-in lighting, large closet, dresser, and nightstand. All suites include the following services at no additional charge:

• High Speed & Wireless Internet Service
• Cable Television
• All Utilities: Heat, A/C, Water, Sewer

APARTMENTS

The RC’s fourth floor features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. These are assigned based on year of enrollment. Each apartment resident has their own bedroom with the same furnishings as the suites. Additionally, the apartments have a fully-furnished living area, as well as a kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, table, and chairs or bar with bar stools.
